Shipping & Returns

We process orders Monday to Friday (except when we are closed for Federal Holidays).

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states using USPS or UPS. 

Flat rate shipping is $4.

If there is a problem with your order then please contact us at customerservice@winterspun.com and we will be happy to take care of it for you.

Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items, closeout and discontinued items are not returnable. Anything being returned must be done within 30 days of purchase and be in it's original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.

Please include a note with your order number or a copy of your packing slip so that we know who to reach out to when it arrives. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for any yarn that goes missing in the mail.
